The Houston Rockets are going to be the poster team next season for how one player can make a difference in a team's fate (assuming we see the bad*ss Dwight and not the lazy, moody one that was in Los Angeles last season).
In the WNBA this season the Chicago Sky have the equivalent of a 'Dwight Howard' type difference maker in rookie Elena Delle Donne--except she's not a huge dude, is better looking, and has a much better disposition.
And if she continues to have the kind of year she is having so far with the Chicago Sky there is no way that she can be denied Rookie of the Year honors (and possibly more...).
In 15 games the former Delaware standout is averaging over 32 minutes a game and 19.4 points, tops among rookies this season. Her free throw percentage is something D12 wishes he had (94 percent) and her three-pointer percentage is nothing to shake a stick at either (41.7)....
