Texas Rangers Win With Third Straight Walk-Off Home Run

For a team that has been hurting for offense the Texas Rangers sure know how to wake up with authority. Wednesday night against their hated division rivals, the Los Angeles Angels, the team won thanks to a walk-off home run by third baseman Adrian Beltre.

But the score was just 2-1. Not much of an offensive wake up....

True, one walk-off home run does not an offensive resurgence make. How about three? Beltre's was actually the third walk-off home run in row for the Rangers!

Tuesday night the man of the hour was Leonys Martin whose three-run blast gave the Rangers a 14-11 win.
"It's the biggest moment that I have had in my whole career. Last night I had a dream like that because of the game last night. I was looking for one good pitch and I didn't want to hit a rolling ground ball."
The man that started the string of walk-off homers off was Geovany Soto whose solo blast gave the team a 4-3 win on Monday night.

Now if they can keep this momentum going maybe the Rangers can retake the division lead after a weekend trip to Oakland...
