Houston-- In Case You Thought Matt Schaub Was Worth Holding On To...

Matt Schaub was a good quarterback at one time. I never thought he was great, but the man was certainly pretty darn good. However, this season his game has taken a drastic turn for the worse. An injury opened the door for the team to bench him, but fate gave him not one but two second chances.

The second came Sunday against the Denver Broncos since Case Keenum was injured. Was Schaub able to find redemption?

Absolutely not.

The play above was just one example of his lackluster play. When all was said and done he completed fewer than 50 percent of his passes (18-37) for 176 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions for a rating of 48.9.

Yeah, I think he's done--finally.
