Peyton Manning Takes Another Record Away From Tom Brady (and more)

For much of their careers Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have been in competition; if not on the field during the regular season and playoffs the record books. Shortly after Peyton broke the single season touchdown record Brady bested his mark.

Last week Peyton took that one back, and this week it appears that he has taken one from Brady.

From Bleacher Report
With this five-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas Peyton has 5477 yards on the season--one more than Brady. Peyton did not play in the second half, but did throw four touchdown passes in the first to set his single season touchdown pass mark at 55.

Earlier in the game when he threw a 63-yard touchdown bomb to Thomas the Broncos broke the single-season scoring record. With 34 points on the day the new mark will be 606 points for future offenses.
