Ridiculous and a poor show of sportsmanship on both of their parts--which is why they could learn a thing or two from these rugby players.
So yeah, the stakes were big.
Like Sherman and Crabtree they were playing hard, but rather than get in a war of words and pats on the butt what you see above is what transpired. What is interesting--and where Sherman and Crabtree could learn something--is how they handled the mess after the game.

It is sad to say, but too often it seems that sportsmanship is a secondary consideration to a lot of our NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and college sports heroes. Yeah, winning is what people will remember, but the people that win right are the ones that become legendary.
