NY Giants Coach Tom Coughlin Reminds His Players Not to Do Anything Stupid

This is a great time of year for the players on NFL teams, but at the same time it has to be the most stressful for coaches. Why? For about the next month the players are going to be taking vacations, having a good time/partying, and relaxing because once training camp starts it is time to get to work.

While the players party the coaches keep listen to their respective police scanners to see if one of their players is getting arrested.

Like many coaches, before New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin dismissed his team for the next 35 days he warned them to be careful (via 247Sports):
“We always talk about being smart. The ‘NY’ never comes off. Be responsible. Don’t let someone who has nothing invested in your future make decisions for you on who you’re going to be with or where you’re going and how you conduct yourself.
“...You just got to be smart this time of year in how you conduct yourself. You can never lose sight of the prize.”
Words to live by of course. We'll see over the next month how many do.
